Aqui Santa Fe sets high standards for guest service, quality of vacation rental homes, housekeeping and maintenance of homes.

Housekeeping.  There is a protocol for each house in order to present a fresh clean house as the guest opens the door.  Non-toxic, odor free, biodegradable cleaning solutions are used to assure sanitation and all hi-touch surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant.  There is an additional cleaning protocol for all homes that have been pet inhabited.   Homes are routinely inspected and weekly housekeeping is scheduled upon guest arrival.

Furnishings.  Furnishings are freshened, upholstery is cleaned and replacement is made as necessary.Maintenance.  We ask that guests notify AQUI  immediately of any maintenance issues. AQUI will address the problem and have solutions within hours.  We value guest vacation time so all work is expedited for as little interruption as possible.

Cell Phone.  AQUI phone and text services are always open 24/7.Reservations.  AQUI is always ready to assist with direct reservations.  Calls and texts are answered as soon as possible for a seamless reservation process, discussion of detail and answers to all questions.
